5.1. Cancellation in exceptional circumstances <\/strong><\/p>\n

The customer has the right to cancel the package travel and be refunded the amount paid for the package travel, if the destination or in the immediate vicinity before the package travel is to be found avoidable or extraordinary circumstances such as acts of war, natural disasters, dangerous infectious diseases or other events which must be equated with those mentioned and which will affect the completion of the package journey or transport of the customer to the destination. <\/span><\/p>\n

The right to cancel should also apply if events occur on or along the itinerary, and they pose a real risk to the customer. Claims for reimbursement of benefits that are not part of the package travel must, if payment for such services has already been communicated from the organizer to the relevant service provider, be addressed to the relevant service provider on a contractual basis. <\/span><\/p>\n

The right to cancel after this point does not apply if the customer knew, or should have known, the circumstances when he entered into the purchase agreement. <\/span><\/p>\n

5.2. Cancellation for a fee <\/strong><\/p>\n

The customer has the right to cancel the journey against paying a reasonable administration fee until there is 42 days left until the departure day starts. <\/span><\/p>\n

SGT’s administration fee is $ 2,000 per day. person for travel within Europe and NOK 4,000 per person. person for traveling outside Europe. <\/span> <\/i><\/p>\n

If the customer cancels after the deadline, these rules shall apply: <\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation between the cancellation period for a fee (as a rule 42 days before the departure day starts) and until 15 days are left until the departure day starts: Refund of the amount less the amount of the deposit <\/span><\/p>\n

and minus any cancellation insurance agreement. <\/span> <\/i><\/p>\n

Cancellation after it is less than 15 days until departure day starts or omitted attendance at departure: No refunds in excess of government fees not incurred. <\/span><\/p>\n

In some cases, airlines may charge a fee for such reimbursement. In addition, if the organizer claims back the taxes and fees on behalf of the customer, a reasonable fee can be calculated for this. In any case, the total fees shall not exceed the name change fee in the ticket. <\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation of a scheduled flight package is normally non-refundable. Any cancellation protection is non-refundable. <\/span> <\/i><\/p>\n

Where the specific and documentable nature of the trip makes it reasonable, for example where the organizer’s right to reimbursement from its subcontractors is limited, the organizer may set different conditions from the above reimbursement rules. <\/span><\/p>\n

The customer’s cancellation right cannot, however, be limited to a greater extent than the organizer’s right over its subcontractors. <\/span><\/p>\n

The individual reimbursement policy must be easily understandable and must be given in a clear and clear manner before ordering. If such information is not provided in a clear and clear manner at the time of booking and the organizer is unable to substantiate that such information has been provided prior to booking, the customer is nevertheless not obliged by the organizer’s differing rules. Cancellation then follows the above refund policy. <\/span><\/p>\n

Travel by plane: <\/i> <\/strong><\/p>\n

The airline companies may require the tour operator to issue air tickets well in advance of departure. When an air ticket is issued, the tour operator has a financial obligation towards the airline. If the traveler cancels the journey after the air ticket is issued, SGT must charge the traveler with a fee equal to the price of the air ticket. The fee varies depending on the ticket type and is available upon request. <\/span> <\/i><\/p>\n

Hotel and Cruise Cancellation Policy: <\/i> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Some hotels and cruises have special cancellationsrules and changes related to specific room rates or in connection with special periods of the year. If the traveler cancels the hotel and \/ or cruise and SGT at that time has a financial obligation to the hotel and \/ or the shipping company, SGT must charge the traveler with a fee equal to the price of the hotel or cruise. The size of the fee is provided on request. <\/span> <\/i><\/p>\n

Ticket Service: <\/i> <\/strong><\/p>\n

When distributing tickets for theater, musical, football, excursions and transport that are not arranged by SGT, and these are not used for example because of. change or cancellation of the trip will normally not be refunded. <\/span> <\/i> <\/i><\/p>\n

If the customer’s booking includes more and the agreed total price is based on discounts or discounts linked to the number of participants, the basis for such discounts or discounts may be dropped if any of the travel party cancels. In the event of such partial cancellation, the organizer shall reimburse the proportionate share of the agreed \/ paid price to those canceling, and collect any additional price due to the cancellation of discounts related to the group size, from the remaining participants. <\/span><\/p>\n

5.3. In case of sudden and severe illness or accident – voluntary cancellation protection. <\/strong><\/p>\n

If the customer has taken out cancellation protection \/ insurance, or if similar rules have been made as part of the organizer’s standard terms, the customer has the right to demand that he be released from the agreement if he can document that the terms of the such cancellation is fulfilled. He is obliged to notify the organizer of the cancellation as soon as possible after he is aware of the circumstances which entitle the cancellation to this point. <\/span><\/p>\n

The cancellation protection shall at least give the right to cancellation if the client himself, spouse, registered partner, cohabitant, child, parent, in-laws or siblings, is affected by sudden and serious illness, accidental injury or death. . The same applies if such circumstances affect one with whom he travels, and it would be unreasonable to require that the customer then make the journey without being involved. Equal to sudden and serious illness are sudden and serious events that affect the customer or his travel companion, cf. above, which means that it is not reasonable to require the customer to complete the journey. Such incidents may be fire or water damage to real estate, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n

The right of the preceding points assumes that the traveler himself did not know, or should know, the circumstances which cause the voyage to be unused or that he himself is not responsible for such circumstances. <\/span><\/p>\n

The customer is obliged to notify the intermediary or organizer of the cancellation as soon as possible after he is aware of the circumstances that justify the cancellation under this point and to provide sufficient documentation of the disease from doctor, or the obstructing circumstance e.g. by a certificate from the police or insurance company. <\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation documentation must be submitted no later than 1 month after the cancellation was made. If canceled in accordance with this provision, the traveler is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less SGT’s change and cancellation protection, administration fee of NOK 4000, – per. per person and the service fee of NOK 500 per person. order. If several people are on the same booking, the refund will be made to the main traveler. <\/span> <\/i><\/p>\n

If the customer has accepted the organizer’s own cancellation protection, the organizer must cancel the cancellation i.h.t. the above provisions, refund the amount paid (less the cancellation protection price) without undue delay as soon as necessary documentation has been provided by the customer, possibly after deduction of a reasonable administration fee. The condition is also that the fee is stated in the organizer’s individual conditions or the insurance document. <\/span><\/p>\n

If the booking includes more travelers and the total price reflects a discount or discount based on the total number of participants, a cancellation for one or more of the following may result in the terms of the agreed price is no longer present. This is not to increase the price of the remaining participants, but is covered by the cancellation protection. <\/span><\/p>\n

The organizer has the right to transfer the travelers to another accommodation that is better suited to the size of the remaining group and which otherwise corresponds to the originally booked accommodation. The right to such flperformance is conditional upon the transfer not reducing the content of the selected package trip or making the provided information about the package trip or agreed additional services no longer fulfilled. <\/span><\/p>\n

5.4. Transfer of the package tour <\/strong>
The customer has the right to transfer the journey to another person who fulfills the conditions for participating in the package tour. The condition is that the organizer or intermediary is notified of this within a reasonable time before the package tour starts, and that the organizer and \/ or subcontractors he uses are not bound by rules prohibiting such transfer. Routes belong to this category of subcontractors. Where the scheduled airline accepts name changes, the company’s terms and conditions are in addition to the rules in the General Package Travel Terms. <\/span><\/p>\n

The fee for a handover is usually $ 1. 500, – per person on package tours. Airline tickets are usually not possible to transfer. If the airline chooses to allow transfer, SGT reserves the right to charge the actual cost of the transfer in accordance with the respective airline’s terms. <\/span> <\/i><\/p>\n

When changing the misspelled name of a charter airplane package, we charge a management fee of NOK 500. For the change of package flight by scheduled airplane, the cost is NOK 500 per person in addition to the the cost each airline claims, provided that the airline approves the change. <\/span> <\/i><\/p>\n

In the event of a transfer, the organizer may charge a reasonable name change fee. The original customer and the new traveler are jointly and severally liable for both such fee and any remaining travel expenses. <\/span><\/p>\n

The organizer’s duty of disclosure in accordance with the Package Travel Act and these terms are normally considered fulfilled to the new customer insofar as the duty of disclosure is fulfilled to the person transferring the journey. If further information is needed, and this is practically possible, the organizer will still be obliged to provide the necessary information to the person to whom the trip has been transferred. The organizer has no responsibility if the person who transfers the journey does not meet the requirements of the country of entry. <\/span><\/p>\n

5.5. Change of order <\/strong><\/p>\n

The traveler can change travel day, destination, hotel and so on. against a reasonable administration fee, if the organizer has the opportunity to fulfill the new wishes. If the organizer’s costs exceed the change in the fee, the change can be considered a cancellation. The organizer must then inform the customer that the rules for cancellation for consideration in section 5.2. will apply. <\/span><\/p>\n

SGT’s administration fee is 1000, – per. person. Changes required later than 42 days prior to departure are considered cancellation and re-booking. Exception: Package trips by plane, hotel and possibly cruise (flexible travel length), scheduled airline tickets only and hotel only: A change of minus is allowed. $ 1000. <\/span> <\/i><\/p>\n
